Dr. Wolf-Georg Zaddach is a guitarist and composer and musicologist/ scholar for popular music and jazz.
He studied jazz guitar with David Doruzka and Petr Zelenka in Prague as well as Wayne Krantz and Adam Rogers in NYC and is alumnus of the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar/ University of Music Weimar, Germany.
His interests connect diverse musical expressions like jazz, metal, classical and contemporary experimental music.
Wolf is Professor for Music Production and Songwriting at the Macromedia University Berlin and teaches/taught at the Leuphana University Lüneburg, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw Wien), BIMM University Berlin, University of Music Weimar (2011-2021), Popakademie Baden-Württemberg (2018-2022), New York University NYU/USA (2016), Initiative Musik Berlin (2015, 2019) DeutschePOP Dresden (2017/18), Bauhaus University Weimar (2012/13), Stiftung Ettersberg Weimar (2012-2018), Demokratie jetzt e.V. (2015, 2017).
